Casa Nancy is a second-floor unit of a classic two-story Puerto Rican home in Manatí. You’ll have your own private entrance, kitchen, and balcony area to enjoy the breeze. The home keeps its original terrazzo floors and vintage charm, with updates like air conditioning and a jacuzzi for your comfort. Expect a cozy, local vibe — not luxury, but warmth, culture, and authenticity.

Casa Nancy isn’t a modern apartment — it’s a lovingly preserved 1970s home that captures the spirit of old Puerto Rico. Expect to hear coquí frogs at night and maybe spot a rooster or two in the morning. We love treating our guests like family — just like every Puerto Rican abuela or mami would. You’ll even find a few surprise gifts from local restaurants to taste the island.

Gianna was very welcoming and her place was very clean and secure. It is behind the Hyatt and they have security guards as well as roaming the parking lot. I wasn't home much during the day mainly just to sleep. The walls are pretty thin though and outside noises could cause a little disruption especially the roosters in the morning but she did mention its Puerto Rico life! I would recommend it if looking for something in this area. Thanks again for the medallas Gianna!
