The main level, styled with finesse, comprises a gourmet kitchen, a dining area, a cozy living room, a bedroom with two queen beds and laundry, and a master bedroom showcasing an attached bathroom and a king bed. The lower level houses a second full kitchen, another living area complete with air hockey facilities, a bedroom with a king bed, and an extra bedroom offering two queen beds.

In response to our guests` wishes, we`ve expanded our patio space with covered and uncovered areas, offering superb views of Mar Chiquita Beach and the mesmerizing Atlantic Ocean. This addition is set to elevate your stay, making it a truly unmatched AirBNB experience.

Upon entering through the garage, find all your beach necessities readily available for your beach escapades. Outside, a propane BBQ grill adds flair to your cookouts. On the main level, the wall-to-wall sliding glass doors offer unhindered ocean views, making every moment a scenic delight.

Downstairs, the expansive enclosed porch houses a full dining area, ping pong table, dart board, and lounge area - your perfect spot for unwinding evenings. Step outside to the alluring 16x32’ pool, accompanied by a huge patio and a 12-person hot tub, all offering fantastic beach views.

Every corner of our abode is crafted with utmost care, featuring AC in every bedroom, private parking for four cars, luxurious bedding and furniture, premium doors and windows, and an uninterrupted power and water supply with robust backup systems.

Our tranquil retreat, located on a neat and safe street, provides an imposing view of Mar Chiquita. Enjoy the stunning outlooks and well-kept surroundings.

Uber service is sparse in Manati, so a private vehicle is recommended. Mar Chiquita beach and local market are within walking distance, but please be mindful of the steep inclines.

No sand in the house or pool please. Use the hose on the front side of the house to wash off everything from the beach. INCLUDING feet and body parts. There is an additional wash station at the back near the hot tub as well. The pool and the showers in the house are not for washing off sand. This has become a big problem for the house, please help us keep everything in shape for future guests. Parents please police your children and keep sand out of the pool and house.

Please respect and be courteous to the pool service.

No large parties or gatherings are allowed.

Please keep white towels in the house, they are not to be used outside of the unit. Beach towels are provided.

Keep the privacy gate at the end of the drive closed.

Do not run the bubble jets in the hot tub more than 1hr at a time without a 30 min break. The pump motor will burn up.
