We had a very positive experience with this property. The location was clean and well maintained, and all of the amenities were in good shape. The host was very responsive and quick to reply to any questions or concerns. The caretakers were also knowledgeable about the area and equally responsive, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place.

Whenever you used the bathrooms in the second floor you would smell it in the master bedroom making it very uncomfortable.Also we we're charged extra for twels and linens however we were short 1 beach towel and 1 bath set. We made it work, overall very nice, safe place.

We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. There was mold in the some of the bathrooms and bedroom ceilings. Also the power went out after the storm. The pool was great and the host was very attentive but we will not be going back, way too much money and none of the expectations, they need to upgrade the property asap!

Comfortable home for large family

This home was definitely comfortable for a large group. Had all the amenities that we needed. Each room was comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. The owner was very helpful and communicated with us in a timely manner. Great quiet location and close to the beach. There’s parking right in front of the house. I highly recommend especially if you’re traveling with a large group. Thank you again for your hospitality.

This place was everything we could have asked for and more the beds were awesome slept so good, loved the AC in each room location was perfect it was 15 of us celebrating my daughter's 21st definitely coming back next year thus is our new home away from home owner was awesome checking on us and always responding right away thank you for everything

Great Host

Owner was responsive and courteous! Close to beach! Remember to bring proof of vaccination to Puerto Rico during pandemic. Property great for large groups! Get address from owner using her google link. Close to Walmart for food.
