This property had great rooms, large and lovely good size bed. Also the curtains were total blockout. Buffet breakfast was very good. Staff service was good, but not much english speaking staff, but friendly all the same. Would recommend.

They tried to charge me for having a guest, a schoolar friend, that came to chat within the hotel dependencies . It was said that I could only have my friend for one hour. Horrorizes were felt, totally unpleasant, it is not a “real” Mercure. The staff are hostile. Not getting back while on Manaus.

Hotel muito limpo, organizado, quarto sensacional e amplo, ar condicionado bacana, banheiro super legal, café da manhã com variedade e tudo muito bem feito, atendentes sempre dispostos.
