Nestled on 37 private acres, this beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers the ideal mix of comfort and rustic charm — with a screened-in gazebo for outdoor dining, a cozy fire pit for evenings under the stars, and a gentle stream where you can relax on the swing or try your luck catching brook trout.

Inside, the home is bright, comfortable, and fully equipped for your stay. The open kitchen and dining area make it easy to gather for shared meals, while the spacious living room invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. Guests love the comfortable beds, beautiful décor, and thoughtful touches that make this home feel welcoming from the moment you arrive.

Families especially appreciate the flexibility of space — the main home sleeps six, and the bunkhouse offers extra privacy with a queen loft and twin bunk, perfect for older kids, grandparents, or friends. In the woods paradise

The property was very nice. There were games and activities if you didn't want to leave. It is located 40 minutes to Elk Rapids or Traverse City. I loved the location. Torch Lake is only 10 minutes away. The host was so accommodating to our needs. The house is newly remodeled and very clean.
