Nice hotel

Well, first time I stayed at this hotel and loved it. The staff was nice and the rooms are super clean, even when I used a black light to look over them. They did have some renovations in the lobby. Thanks would have give all 5 stars if not for renovation.

Wish I would have been told before checking in that there would have been construction. Checked in on the app and when I went to the room I was told I had to go back down to the front “desk” to get physical keys. No air conditioning in the hallways, tried asking if the elevator was working and was ignored because the worker was playing on his phone. Turned a stressful day after medical appointments in Boston to an even more terrible day.

Upon booking , we were not made aware the property was under renovation. The gym was closed, breakfast was limited. Guests in and around property were sketchy to say the least and the constant police presence made us feel uncomfortable.

One night and one night only

We stayed for one night. We arrived around 11 pm and left around check out the next morning.. the room was clean, but the bed and pillows especially were terrible. The pillows had no firmness so trying to get comfortable to sleep was difficult.. then when you did, you could hear everything around you both outside and inside. Needless to say I didn’t get a good nights sleep. The hotel was going through renovations so part of the breakfast area was blocked off.. breakfast was decent.. eggs, sausage/keilbasa, waffles, coffee, juice etc…
