Old Doors to rooms have gaps and can see light from halls, people smoke at entry doors and comes into unit through ac vents and windows. Ash buckets were disgusting doesnt make for a welcoming entrance! TV although had Direct I believe the guide had no names of shows it reflected "no information " on every channel...No ICE machine???.. Girl at front desk was very pleasant!

The room was comfortable and clean, but the water pressure was adequate but not great and I brought food to heat in the room but the microwave didn’t work. It ran, but it didn’t heat anything so I had to spend an extra $30 going out to eat that I wasn’t planning on so that was a bit of a letdown.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in

I had an absolutely awful stay at this Extended Stay hotel in Merrimack, NH. From the moment I walked in, the entire place smelled musty and unclean. My room was filthy—dust, dirt, and grime everywhere, and the bathroom was disgusting. The heating didn't work, and to make matters worse, most of the charging outlets were non-functional. The noise level was unbearable, with people running up and down the halls all night. On top of that, dogs were barking constantly throughout the hotel, and to make matters worse, there was dog feces all over the property. The parking lot was a nightmare—completely unshoveled and unsafe. The service was equally disappointing. The staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing any of the issues I experienced. This place is in serious need of better management and a complete overhaul. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Save your money and book somewhere else!

The rooms are dated and furnished with furniture that should be in a dumpster. After my check in, I was able to walk through cigarette smoke at the outside door to enter the building. The hallway had an odor and once in my room, I was able to hear people in the parking lot and other rooms.

Be aware that you are responsible for taking your own trash to the dumpster and there is no housekeeping staff present all day if you need something. My bedsheets and towels were all dirty when I arrived and I had to get linens from the front desk and change my own bedding the next day.

Heat did not work when I arrived to my room. Took a while to realize the fuse was switched off (why?). Water damage in the shower area, shower head leaked a lot of water. A lot of noise travel from room to room. Various area had not been vacuumed/swept. Poor snow removal. Poor lighting. Bed, bedding and pillows were comfortable. Desk and chair were a plus.
