Great place to stay.

Very comfortable beds, clean. I have no complaints, poor wifi and breakfast was weak but we had no problem with it. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and nice balcony, very friendly helpful staff. There is a restaurant just beside the hotel,El Mirado, to the left if you have your back to the ocean which is worth checking out, have to walk up a hill, well worth the walk. Not a lot of stir, bring a book.

Bed bugs, showers worked every other day, Toilets randomly worked, pictures on Expedia were not an accurate representation of the facility. Clearly doctored to appear better than it was. At best a 1 star hotel. Everything was overpriced for what you received.

Para todo el publico en general, este hotel aprovecha el monopolio de la zona, tiene el mejor lugar de la playa, y por esa razon te ofrecen un servicio pesimo, el personal contratado carece de empatia y motivacion(talves sus salarios no sean justos) pero el trato se resume en : "si quieres tambien". Mal organizados desde el administrador, lo cual demoran en el check in.

Servicio de limpieza diaria a las 5 PM no cambian las sabanas las habitacines que se solicitaron no fueron las entregadas los precios de las comidas demasiado elevado no se cuenta con agua en los baños en las mañanas las fotos que estan en la pagina no concuerdan con la realidad al momento de ingresar solicite cancelar la reservación debido a las irregularidades el cual el gerente se nego todas la quejas se colocaron en el.libro de reclamaciones del hotel

Lugar cómodo, limpio, con atenciones del personal aceptable, en mi habitación no hubo wifi, ni red en la tv, me ofrecieron cambiar de habitación pero ya estaba instalada. Lo único que en la zona bar, no hubo control, ya que un grupo de huéspedes se quedaron tomaron hasta la madrugada y se escuchaba su música y risas escandalosas.

Decepciono a toda la familia

Llegamos y no existe gente atenta para recepcionar las maletas, tuvimos que subirlas 1 piso a recepcion estando con bebes y adultos mayores. De las 4 habitaciones dadas para nuestra estadia 2 estuvieron en el 1er piso del pabellon derecho de parte de la playa, estas tenian un camino de tierra que se encontraba sucia, habia una piscina en desuso con agua sucia, de esos 2 cuartos una puerta era un suplicio abrirla y cerrarla ya que se salia a cada rato ya que era una puerta de vidrio pesada y deslizable. Si no llevaba mi laptop hubiera pasado muchos problemas por mis bebes ya que tienen un cable con unos cuantos canales, todos con pesima calidad y ninguno con canal para niños, practicamente fue como no tener televsion. Se les olvida tambien colocar avisos de NO INTERRUMPIR, NO LIMPIAR y PASE A LIMPIAR, me han despertado los bebes un dia por tocar la puerta y gritar "limpieza". Su piscina no tiene una ducha para llegar de la playa y sacarse la arena por lo que la piscina tenia demasiada arena dado que la gente se metia a la piscina para sacarse la arena de la playa y la dejaba terrible. Sus piscinas al tenerlas practicamente medio dia con sombra dada sus edificaciones evitan q calienten lo necesario para sentir el agua este tan fria. El Sr. administrador se nota que se esfuerza para mantener todo en orden pero puede pecar a veces de duro al hablar y dar una pesima impresion como de MAL TRATO a los clientes. Me parecio pesimo e inaudito que cobren 50 soles por descorche. MALASO

Poor customer service, ran out of water twice while showering on the first two nights, when we called the hotel the manager who picked up said he was already home and we need to call some other number not sure why his es listed! People upfront were just rude for no reason if they don’t want to deal with customers then don’t work in that type of field, restaurant needs more staff they kept telling us to go to the bar to eat we did and when they were at full capacity we just went back up the guy told us to give the wrong room number so we don’t get a bad experience? Extremely unhappy with this place! Never again

Falta de capacitación al personal en atención al cliente, No están debidamente identificados; no tienen vocación de servicio. Respecto a las instalaciones, la habitación tenía una deficiente señal de Tv por cable, solo funcionaba un par de canales, no había señal wifi constante en el cuarto donde nos hospedamos. Lo bueno es el Bar e instalaciones para comer y beber cerca al mar. En general el personal de bar tuvo la mejor atención
