This charming home boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms. One queen sized room and ensuite is located on the ground level for ultimate privacy.

The master bedroom (with ensuite) and twin room are on the second level, as well as the cosy open plan living areas and third bathroom.

The Balinese deck is where you will find a dining and BBQ area - perfect for soaking in those beautiful sunsets with family and friends!

Guest Access:
The house and pool are completely private for use by you and your guests only.

The Neighborhood:
Mandalay is located right next to the waterfront, with the privacy you may require, but also the close proximity to all the facilities Airlie Beach has to offer

Quiet Getaway close to the action

We had a pretty bad airline experience that made us a day late to the property, but I think that just made the quiet and wonderful views that much more enjoyable. It was too cold to enjoy the pool because we came during winter, but there were plenty of other things to do and enjoy in the area.The only thing to watch for were the copious ants around the property, and one large Huntsman spider that shared the kitchen with us. None of them caused us any problems, but we made sure to keep food packages sealed and kept things clean to make sure the ants didn't get excited.We would definitely come back and stay here again. The space was large, well equipped and furnished, beautiful, and a great place to relax. There are even some places that will deliver food to you if you don't want to cook or go out after a long 4 days of airline and car travel, which was a lifesaver!

Absolute heaven

A wonderful tropical home with magnificent views, gorgeous pool and fantastic amenities. Responsive, welcoming caretakers. . . Close enough to drive to Airlie beach but tucked away enough for peace and privacy. Already planning our next trip!

Friends getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property only 6 minute drive into Airlie beach and at night if you want to go into town the courtesy buses are great instead of having to drive as it is a dark road to come home on if your not good at driving at night. Great hanging out on the deck of an evening after being out all day very relaxing. One thing you don't see is it has a very steep driveway.
