Hotel is very well appointed and looks quite new. Convenient for the airport. Room was spacious and bed itself comfortable but we found the fabric of the duvet cover to be very uncomfortable!!

I’ve stayed at many hotels in different countries and this one definitely set a new benchmark for me. The customer service was above and beyond, especially Lea who was incredibly helpful from before I even checked in. The room was very nice and clean. Pool and gym area were nice. Breakfast was actually amazing. Very nice hotel but the customer service here is what really shines. 10/10 would recommend and come back next time I am in the Philippines
