We stayed 4 nights at Toyoko Inn, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and nice with a comfortable bed. We were met at the airport on arrival and shuttled to the hotel. It was nice to have breakfast included- more gluten free options would have benefited us. It was very convenient to stay here right at the mall where we could choose from many places to eat and easily get transportation. We’d recommend staying here to be on the north side of Cebu City in Mandaue. Housekeeping is daily or they leave towels if you put out DND sign too.

We extended our 1 night stay. The room is not overly spacious but it’s clean, nice and having breakfast included is nice. Some foods are interesting for breakfast but it’s Asia! We appreciated the airport shuttle. Staff are very friendly and welcoming!!

I always stay here because it’s a great and professional property. The mall next to this hotel is very easy to access by the center elevators in the hotel. I also like the addition of music playing in the halls of the different floors. Thanks to everyone working at this hotel for the great job they do making foreigners feel welcome!
