The reason we booked this hotel were for the water rides but disappointed as most of the big rides are shut. Only the small kids play slides, lazy river and the tornado were functional.

We had a wonderful stay at Waterworld Hotel. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly accommodating,polite, professional, and attentive. From airport pickup all the way until check-out, everything was smooth and well taken care of. The restaurant was beautiful, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, and the servers were very attentive. The entire place is gorgeous, spotless, and spacious,and most of all, very affordable. After flying miles and miles away from Canada, this place truly felt like a gem and is an absolute must try. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodation and memorable stay and Good job to all the staff !!
