9 km from Cannes on the heights of Mandelieu, beautiful Provencal house located on a 1200m² garden with pool heated on request (10mx5m - 80-200cm depth - Alarm). Parking 3 cars. Town center, shops and supermarket 2 km. Golf and Sandy beach 4 km. Beautiful vue on the Cannes bay and the Lerins islands
Nice 6-room air-conditioned villa of 230 m² on 2 levels : Living/dining room of 50 m² with TV(Sat), CD/DVD, Internet. Open gallery with 1 sofa bed. Fully equiped Kitchen. 1 child Bedroom with 2 bunk beds. On the lower floor: Master bedroom with 1 double bed (2x80), TV, Bath/WC. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160), TV, Bath/WC. 2 bedrooms with each 1 double bed (140), TV. Shower/WC.. Terrace of 100m² partly covered, south facing position. Terrace furniture, BBQ. Very nice panoramic sea view. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Parking (3 cars). Electricity fees to be paid locally.
Please, note that a security deposit in case of damage will be requested directly by your agency before your arrival as well as a specific rental insurance and the tourist tax.
