Outside the resort, 5 km from the centre of Mandelieu, in a secluded, quiet position in the residential district, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach. For shared use: natural state property 400 ha, swimming pool fenced (25 x 10 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Children's pool, tennis, boccia. Stepped path (25 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 6 km, grocery 6 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 6 km, bakery 6 km, bus stop "Les Vignerons" 3 km, sandy beach "La Raguette" 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6.4 km. Nearby attractions: Cannes 17 km, Antibes 30 km, Nice 43 m, Marineland 30 km, Aqualand 38 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Saint-Cassien 22 km. Hiking paths: Estérel 3 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in CANNES, 13 km. The access to the swimming pool and tennis is by a pedestrian way ( 10 minutes by walk).
