The private gated residence is located on Robinson Island, a small island formed by an arm of the Siagne River.

Within the 7.5 hectares of landscaped communal grounds are a 15m x 6m swimming pool, a 2.5m children's pool, a pétanque court, a children's play area and a table tennis table.

Situated next to the Cannes Marina, our guests can use the private slipway to launch their own boat, canoe, kayak or SUP board. Alternatively, you can simply sit back and relax on the Residence's private pontoon, on the communal lawns or on our own private garden terrace and watch the boats sail gracefully in and out of the marina.

PLEASE NOTE that towels, bed linen, a cot, secure private parking and unlimited fibre optic, throughout the apartment, are included free of charge. Likewise, we will always accommodate an early check-in or check-out if circumstances allow.
Passenger access
Within the secure gated communal grounds of the residence, our guests will have free access to the gated swimming pool, children's pool, children's play area, petanque area, table tennis and the pontoon and marina walkway.
Other remarks
The apartment is located in the middle of the residence and is accessed directly along the garden path. It can also be accessed from the underground car park by a lift (one level) or by stairs.

All bedding is provided in the cost of the accommodation and the beds are made up, prior to your arrival. We also provide bath towels and hand towels for each guest. (You will only need to bring one towel for the pool and the beach).

Likewise, unlimited wifi is provided throughout the apartment and is also free. Secure underground parking is also included in the price.

The apartment is equipped with two SMART compatible TVs - a 115cm TV in the living room and a 82cm TV in the larger bedroom - giving access to Netflix, Prime, YouTube and a full range of French and Premium TV channels via our Canal Panorama Freebox. In the living room there is also a BlueRay DVD player with a large selection of DVDs for adults and children (115 titles).

There is also a Harman Kardon Sound system in the lounge, connected via Bluetooth and an HP Tango Bluetooth printer (useful for printing maps, directions or ticket confirmations).

Adjacent to the Residence is a seasonal Depot du Pan where you can buy fresh baguettes and croissants every morning, during the summer months. If you fancy a morning stroll instead, the local boulangerie is less than 10 minutes walk away, and two others are just 5 minutes walk away.

Alternatively, if you prefer a healthy breakfast cooked for you, try one of the two local restaurants - Le Robinson or Le Lagon, which are just 5 minutes walk away.
