Ottima posizione, tranquilla e indipendente.

Mimmo è un ottimo proprietario, sempre disponibile e gentile. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con una bottiglia di vino rosso. Il mare è a 50 metri, basta attraversare la strada. Per chi preferisce la sabbia, basta spostarsi di 500 metri. Casa pulita, ben ristrutturata e con una terrazza ideale per cena e colazione presto.

Schönes Haus, gute Lage

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, schön renoviertes Haus. Ruhige, friedliche Lage mit Blick auf Oliven, Wein und Getreide hinter dem Haus und aufs Meer von der Dachterasse aus. Sehr schöne Küste mit Sandsteinfelsen, kleinen Sandbuchten und einem glasklaren Meer. War ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Ottima abitazione in una splendida posizione! !!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura dal 19 agosto per 2 settimane con il nostro piccolo Jack Russell Lucky: cosa dire ?? Semplicemente fantastico !! La casa è molto accogliente, pulita, con ampio spazio all'esterno, bella terrazza al piano superiore con vista mare e barbecue. .navigazione soprattutto il punto di forza è la posizione della casa : basta attraversare la strada e si accede ad una splendida spiaggia !!!con un mare caraibico! ! Sicuramente la consigliamo !! Un particolare ringraziamento al proprietario Sig. Mimmo molto ospitale e gentile! Grazie di tutto! ..ma soprattutto ..arrivederci !!

Splendida casa immersa nella natura e a due passi

Siamo stati ospiti in questa casa per le nostre vacanze in Puglia le prime due settimane di Agosto. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di essere accolti dal cortese e sempre disponibile Mimmo, il titolare, che ci ha immediatamente fatto sentire a casa nostra (facendoci trovare anche una bottiglia dell'ottimo Primitivo fresco in frigo). La descrizione del sito è risultata corrispondente in ogni dettaglio e la posizione della casa è perfetta per chi vuole immergersi nella natura e nel mare del Salento, lontano dai luoghi affollati, ma vicina ai servizi. Una piacevole sorpresa è stata la sua terrazza panoramica che ha fatto da cornice a serate enogastronomiche indimenticabili. I nostri bambini hanno goduto dello splendido mare prospiciente al vialetto di accesso alla proprietà, che è caratterizzato da spiaggia di sabbia o rocce ed un fondale ricco di splendido pesci da osservare e rincorrere. Sarà sicuramente bello potervi ritornare nelle prossime vacanze pugliesi. Un saluto a Mimmo, cortese, preciso e disponibile sempre!

mare splendido

La casa ha tutto quello che è necessario ed è molto pulita . Un valore la terrazza da cui si gode il mare. La zona è bella e tranquilla. Mare fantastico. Possibilità di visitare molti luoghi di interesse in tempi abbastanza brevi. Mimmo, il proprietario, davvero gentile e disponibile.

Bella casa tranquilla tra le dune vista mare

Bellissima zona tra le dune e spiagge meravigliose. Casa singola tranquilla immersa nel verde dei campi a 20mt dal mare. Vicina a tutte le spiagge più belle del Salento e a paesi caratteristici di carattere storico come Manduria Nardò Copertino Gallipoli. Disponibile e simpatico il proprietario Mimmo. Da tornare!! W il Salento...buona cucina e un mare caraibico...
