The villa consists of a central hall overlooked by three large bedrooms and a door giving access to a large dining room (pictured) to which is attached a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, sink, a big plan masonry work and tiled stove (4 burners + plate) / oven, dishes in quantities and other tools useful for cooking. From the dining room leads to the bathroom with bidet, toilet, sink, walk-in shower cabinet with drawers, cabinet / mirror. From the dining room there is also access to the covered patio with table for eating out, rocking and garden with outdoor shower and a second bathroom with toilet sink and washing machine. In the garden there are several fruit trees (pear, peach, plum, pear, almond) and flowers in some seasons of the year.
The Salina dei Monaci is the ideal place for the presence of birds, especially during migration and in winter, in some periods of the year you can observe the pink flamingos. There are also several species of amphibians and reptiles
