Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
It was a terrible expirience. 1. The key of principal door was broken. 2. The A/C dosent work. 3. Mr Velazques dindnt gave me the key on time. I was terrible. The Villas was in bad condicion, in general.
