Spacious and bright apartment within the elegant "Borgo del Torchio" complex, which spans an area of approximately 30,000 square metres, complete with every facility, perfect for a family holiday or group stay for up to 8 people!



The apartment welcomes guests into a living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, armchair, dining table with chairs and flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen. The living area also overlooks the covered porch, equipped with a table, outdoor chairs and private garden.

The accommodation continues with the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms; the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, flat-screen TV and wardrobe, and the second bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with shower whilst the lower floor, accessible via stairs, consists of a spacious room with a double bed, sofa, desk with chair and a table football game. The basement is completed by the second bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and WC.



The residence boasts a beautifully landscaped green area, 3 adult swimming pools with waterfalls and a large jacuzzi, 1 children's pool, 3 tennis courts that can also be used for playing football, kiosk/bar, reception desk and surveillance. The pools within the resort are positioned at various levels and in various locations, to ensure enough space and tranquillity for families staying at the resort.



*The shared swimming pool is open from 1 June to 30 September, from 9:00 - 13:00 / 15:00 - 21:00. The use of a swimming cap may be required.

The town of Manerba is immersed in the green hills of the Valtenesi and inland the agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda oil and D.O.C. wines, horse riding experiences, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily accessible by bus, and well connected with the main attractions. The residential nucleus is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a height overlooking the lake, a destination for pleasant walks within the Orientated Natural Reserve of the Rocca and the Sasso, from where it is possible to see much of Lake Garda and some of its islands.



The apartment is easily accessible from the nearby Villafranca Airport in Verona, which is only 45 minutes away by car.
