Located in Manerba del Garda, in a prestigious area surrounded by the greenery of the hills and overlooking the lake, Villa Vittoria boasts a beautiful lake view and a private pool—ideal for a family holiday as well as a getaway with friends.



The villa features air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms on the ground floor and first floor. Guests are welcomed by a spacious and bright living area furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair, perfect for relaxing and watching the Smart TV. The living room continues with the dining table and chairs and the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus juicer, American coffee machine, and toaster.



Through a French door, the living room opens onto a lovely covered patio featuring a small lounge area with sofas and a dining table with chairs for outdoor breakfasts and dinners, all while enjoying a splendid lake view.

The first floor is completed by a double bedroom with large wardrobes and a bathroom featuring a whirlpool bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet.



The villa also offers free Wi-Fi and continues to impress with the second floor entirely dedicated to the sleeping area. The master bedroom, furnished with a double bed, large wardrobes, and a fireplace, benefits from a stunning lake view. On the same floor, there is also a double sofa bed for 2 additional guests, and a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



On the ground floor, additional spaces give Villa Vittoria an impressive sense of size and comfort. Here you will find two spacious suites with a double bed, sofa, armchair, and wardrobes. Each suite includes a private en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. The ground-floor rooms have a French door overlooking the inner side of the property.

An additional bedroom is located next to the garage area and is also equipped with a double bed and wardrobes, with access to an additional bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.

Also on the ground floor, guests will find the garage and the laundry area with washing machine, iron, and ironing board.



The villa’s private outdoor area is rich in details and amenities that guarantee relaxing moments during the summer: private infinity-edge pool, large private garden with flowers and plants of various species, barbecue, and a relaxation area with sofas and a sun umbrella.

The private pool is available from May 1st to September 30th.

Guests may request a baby cot and a high chair at an extra cost of €10 per night each.

Pets are not allowed.

Guests of Villa Vittoria may park one car inside the garage and another in the villa’s courtyard in front of the garage.



A self check-in service is available: all necessary instructions for independent access to the property will be sent a few days before arrival.

Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, guests may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.



A few kilometers from the villa there is a small shopping center with a bar for breakfasts and lunches or evenings with lake views, as well as a supermarket where you can easily find all types of food. The main square and the center of Manerba del Garda can be reached in a 6-minute walk, while the lake and the beach are just a 5-minute walk away.



Manerba del Garda lies among the gentle hills of Valtenesi, immersed in nature and surrounded by farms offering tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, horseback riding excursions, traditional cuisine in local trattorias, and beautiful golf courses. The area also offers numerous campsites and holiday villages, well served and easily reachable by bus, and connected to the lake’s main attractions.

The heart of the town is protected by the impressive Rocca di Manerba, a panoramic promontory overlooking the lake, perfect for relaxing walks in the Natural Park, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of a large part of Lake Garda and its islands.



The villa is easily reachable from the nearby Villafranca Airport in Verona, only a 45-minute drive away.
