The staff were fantastic and could not do enough for us. Made us feel very welcome especially Jimmy and Mia. Jimmy booked some great tours for us and was very knowledgable about places to eat/see. Their English was amazing. I did like the fact we had a room with window which is a luxury in Hanoi. Hotel in a good location and we were able to walk to lots of places. Laundry service was very quick.

The property was in a great location. It was just a short walk to the lake and old quarter. The street was surprisingly quiet for being so close to the hustle and bustle nearby. The staff was terrific. Jimmi, the manager, communicated with us very well prior to our visit, then staff was super welcoming on our arrival. Jimmi helped us navigate the city a bit with a local map and suggestions for places to see and food options.

Room service is excellent, room is clean and quiet in the night, so no need to worry about your sleep quality. Fantastic location right in the heart of Old Quarter. Lots of cafes and restaurant nearby. There's one of the best pizza restaurants just across the road! Easy walking distance to most attractions including Train Street. Staff are very friendly and helpful and take great care of their guests. Breakfast spread was really good.

The hotel is iright in the Ild Quarter so easy to walk to most places easily. The staff were awesome and so caring and helpful. The manager Mr Jimmi helped me organise a tour and transport all while I was in Australia and made sure everything went as planned for us when we were there. Firstly, I would like to sincerely thank the entire Hotel team, especially the Manager, Mr. Jimmi, for making our 4-day stay in Ha Noi fa fantastic experience. Mr. Jimmi was truly extraordinary friendly and helpful. The Hotel Hanoi Indochine Premium is located in the heart of the city's historic center, very close to the night market. I recommend this hotel which we enjoyed, although it is not luxurious, it is very convenient, clean and well located. Overall, I would definitely return if I visit Ha Noi again. Thanks Jimmi!

We had an amazing experience at Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel! Upon arriving early in the morning, even though our check-in time hadn’t started yet, the staff kindly offered us breakfast and made us feel incredibly welcome. Jimmi, the hotel manager, was exceptionally polite and helpful, always available by phone and even arranged a fantastic tour for us to Ha Long Bay. Every single member of the hotel team, from the reception staff to the restaurant workers, was warm and accommodating, making us feel at home. The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping staff made sure everything was in perfect order every day. On our last day, we had to leave very early, before breakfast time. The hotel went above and beyond, allowing us to have an early breakfast and even packed a small snack for our journey. This thoughtful gesture made our departure so much easier and more pleasant. We highly recommend Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel for its outstanding service, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

This is a must stay hotel if you are visiting Hanoi. The location is central to everything including restaurants, spas, and shopping. The rooms are nice and clean. The buffet breakfast is amazing. It has many selections. More importantly, the staff is one of the friendliest you will ever meet. They really treat you like family. I'd like to give special thanks to Jimmi and Mia for going above and beyond. You made my visit to Hanoi well worth it. Thank you. Looking forward to booking with them again on future visits.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the old quarter while being on a quiet road. The staff were all delightful and a special shout out to Jimmi the manager who was exceptionally attentive, kind and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We stayed here for four nights in total, over three separate stops in Hanoi between trips to other areas and it felt like coming home. We wouldn’t want to have stayed anywhere else.

La ubicación de este hotel es perfecta, justo en el corazón del bullicio del barrio antiguo mientras está en una calle tranquila. Todo el personal fue encantador y un agradecimiento especial a Jimmi, el gerente, quien fue excepcionalmente atento, amable y servicial. El desayuno fue encantador, la habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y tranquila. Nos alojamos aquí durante cuatro noches en total, en tres estancias separadas en Hanoi entre viajes a otras áreas, y se sentía como estar en casa.
