This is our family home, more photos of the interior are available on request. It's a modern, spacious, well equipped and comfortable home with three deck areas. Covered rear deck with BBQ and mountain views, sun trap back deck alongside Spa pool and elevated front deck with ocean views. Private quite street in walking distance to shops and bars, estuary and surf beach. Master queen bedroom with walk in closet and ensuite with shower. Master opens up onto top deck for ocean view. Guest queen room with built in closet and guest double with walk in closet (it's a childs room so is decorated brightly!). Family bathroom has bath and shower. Kitchen diner is open plan and drenched in sun. Fully equiped family kitchen with coffee machine, airfryer, smoothie maker, etc. Lounge has oversized comfy sofa. Deck spaces are set up for outdoor living with plenty of seating that can be rearranged to suit your needs. Climbing frame and monkey bars. Launderette close by in the village.
