Very clean hotel, with a nice room overhaul. My only complaint about the room was, that the toilet was too low to the floor, the toilet height was made for a child or very short person. The food was excellent, if you don’t mind the one hour wait to get your order delivered. I was told the buffet close, and was only used if the hotel was busy, otherwise it’s individual ordering.

This hotel, on the day I visited had no hot water . It seems this was hotel wide. When I asked the front desk for some sort of compensation, they denied my request and offered me points - which I NEVER received. On my way out, I asked for a receipt. Never was emailed to me. I called back, asked for it again. Same deal ( yes I know about spam, junk email folders and the like). No receipt ( ever ) and the persons helping me were way less than friendly and offered no alternatives, they made it my problem. Both these rather small but significant issues - I’ll never stay here or at another DoubleTree again.
