This home offers a safe, clean and cozy stay. Only a 5 minute drive to Bill Snyder Family Stadium and you'll be enjoying the day watching the Wildcats carry on their winning ways. It sits on a shaded lot in a quiet neighborhood. This unit is a garden unit apartment (900 sq. feet). The backyard patio includes a fire pit and barbecue grill for some outdoor enjoyment. Just minutes away from KSU, Aggieville, restaurants, and shopping. A comfortable stay for professionals, families, and couples. This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom/1 bathroom garden unit property in the heart of Manhattan. The bedrooms include mounted televisions and queen size beds. It offers a wide range of amenities including a coffee bar, WIFI, laundry, a computer desk station, smart locks, an outdoor fire pit, barbecue grill, and a comfortable outdoor seating area. Also included is your own private entrance, driveway space, and ample street parking. Our guests will access the garden unit by using their own private entrance on the South side of the property. Just walk along the flagstone walkway and you'll have free reign to the entire down stairs section. A smart lock code will be provided to each guest throughout the duration of their stay. Guests can call or text us at any point during their stay! This property is located at the intersection of Anderson Ave. and Rebecca Rd.. It is located .1 mile to Starbucks, .1 mile to Jimmy John's, .2 miles to the nearest ata bus stop, .2 miles to Walgreens, 1.4 miles to Ascension via Christi Hospital, 1.3 miles to KSU, 1.8 miles to Bill Snyder Family Stadium, 1.8 miles to the Veterinary Health Center, 7.0 miles to Manhattan Regional Airport Both Uber and Lyft services the Manhattan Kansas area. A Great Place!!

The hosts were so easy to communicate with and checked in with us to see if everything was going smoothly. The house was so cute and had everything that you would need. It is in a great location with Starbucks, a grocery store and fast food close and the campus is only about 5 minutes away. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect 2 bedroom apartment w/private access

The Charm is a cute, clean place to stay. It’s close to KState campus and less than 5 minutes to the conference hotels. Feels like home with a kitchen, laundry, and TV in each bedroom. Basic shower amenities for my fellow light packers. WiFi was strong and streamed Netflix. I will return.
