Rich finishes, low lighting, and layered textures give the space a hidden-lounge feel—perfect for unwinding after a game or night out. Located just steps from Aggieville, you’re within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants, and campus energy, with a comfortable, private escape waiting below.

While we admire and appreciate fury friends, we do not allow them in our home. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.
No third party bookings. Third party bookings are subject to cancellation without a refund.

No outside visitors (other than guests accounted for in reservation) allowed in the house. If outside guests are brought into the house, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge.

Please lock the sliding door when you leave the condo.

No smoking/vaping/420 inside the unit or on the patio where it would disturb other tenants.

Guests who do not check out by 11:00 AM are subject to an additional charge of $50 for every half hour they have not checked out.

This apartment offers its guests a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
