Larger groups of up to 16 can hire this recently renovated semi-detached chalet with it's sister chalet, Chalet Lydie. Combined the two 4-star properties have 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 200m2 of floor space. Both Chalet de Paul et Marie and Chalet Lydie have Cool for kids status, meaning they have lots of extra equipment, much appreciated by families holidaying with young children.

Guests staying in both chalets love the decor, layout, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and new bathrooms. The owners put a great deal of thought, effort, care and attention into providing all that their guests might require to enjoy a peaceful, calm holiday.

Nature lovers will be happy - the chalet overlooks a meadow below and is surrounded by trees and mountains, with walks from the front door, wildlife over the threshold and spectacular Alpine views.

Chalet Paul et Marie welcomes pets, so the dog or cat can also enjoy the full on moiuntain experience too!

Please note: this chalet is a semi-detached property. IMPORTANT: during the winter season, please make sure you equip your vehicles with snow tires and chains. It is agreed that electric vehicle charging is not permitted on the property.

The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your payment details are securely held for up to 14 days after departure. If no charge is required, they will be deleted.

Great views of the valley

Very nice chalet, clean, spacious and well equipped. Great views and lovely walks around the area. Its a long way up to the Chalet (1400m altitude) so don't be surprised if its hot down in Annecy but cool near the top at the Chalet. It is right among the ski lifts and summer walking paths. Manigod is very small but Thones has pretty much all you need. La Clusaz is over the hill and has more cafes and restaurants. Annecy is about 20 minutes away.

Très beau séjour

La situation de ce chalet est idéale, très calme et en cul de sac, magnifique vue sur les montagnes et la vallée depuis le salon et les chambres. Le chalet est très propre, bien agencé et décoré, tout le nécessaire est disponible (toilette, ménage, cuisine, jardin,..), très belles chambres bien agencées, literie très confortable. Les petits plus : la livraison du pain le matin, le panier de bienvenue, le wifi, la situation et la vue. Nous reviendrons !

Nature et détente

Accueillis par Sophie, souriante et agréable. Le chalet en bois est situé en pleine nature. Devant le chalet, un grand espace vert, sans route, très sécurisant, les enfants peuvent jouer sans danger. Les enfants ont adoré le jeu de raquette avec la balle accrochée à un fil. Nous avions emmené 2 chiens, ce fut un régale pour eux, comme pour nous, ils ont pu gambader à leur guise ! La déco est sobre et dans le thème montagnard (bois, peaux de bêtes...). On s'y sens bien. Et la vue du balcon est magnifique !

Chalet aux belles prestations

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans le chalet de Marie et Paul. Le chalet en lui même est cosy et très bien équipé. L'environnement du chalet est calme et à proximité de tout. Et les animaux sont acceptés ce qui devient rare!

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE&LOCATION;HOT WATER&AC ISSUES

The house is beautiful. May be smaller than it looks in the picture but very high quality construction and well maintained. Location is amazing, very peaceful and wonderful views. However, we cannot say we had an amazing experience due to mainly Hot water issues. 2 of the 3 nights we did not have hot water on arrival which made it very complicated having
