We booked and paid for our room more than a month in advance, yet shortly before our stay the hotel attempted to cancel our reservation so they could rebook it at a higher rate. This was especially stressful as we were already out of the country at the time. Despite the hotel still showing availability online, they insisted on charging more. We had to make multiple calls and send several emails to both the hotel and Hotels.com before they finally honored the room we had already paid for. Once we arrived, the experience didn’t improve. We had a suite and the bed was very small and uncomfortable, and there was only one power outlet on one side of the bed, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. It consisted of one egg, a tiny portion of meat, and essentially one slice of cantaloupe and one slice of watermelon cut into several pieces. The orange juice was so bad we couldn’t even finish it. Overall, between the booking issues and the poor accommodations, this stay was not worth the stress or the price.

My wife and I rented a studio with a kitchenette, washer and dryer for about a month. The place was clean, quiet, highly secured. The staff was very friendly and welcoming just the way anyone would like to be treated. The view from our room was very nice, the Pasig river and the surrounding skyline very impressive. Our room included an assigned parking space. Next to the living quarters is a huge shopping mall, grocery and world class shopping and dining. Public transportation is also available. Highly recommended place stay!

Smooth check in and out. Very safe and quiet area in Makati, easy access to Rockwell Mall. Friendly security guards. 1 bedroom suite is such a huge space with balcony and a great view. A lot of great restaurants to eat and shopping. I can’t wait to book this place in the future . Highly recommended.
