As a transient, very convenient for all needs.

As I entered the front lobby, the place is clean, staffs are cheerful and are always there to answer my questions. The guard is very helpful particularly in calling for a taxi, loading and unloading our luggage. An excellent and quick for room service. I enjoyed my stay at Aurum One Makati Suites.

Nice hotel and close to amenities

Close to everywhere shopping, airport,foods store and wifi is slow but still I am coming back to this place for my next visit to the New Philippines

Cheap hotel close to airport and amenities

Nice, cheap, clean, helpful staff and quite facility even outside are very busy street that's why I will give them 4 star 'cozy their WI-FI is slow but I'm still coming back in my next visit to the Philippines

Wonderful hotel

Hotel and staff are excellent the only problem is the security guard on duty on the night we arrived. The security guard absolutely no knowledge about his job or duties. Hopefully he will get training and can really do what his hire to do.

Good comfortable hotel

Stuff were great, hotel exceed my expectation great clean and comfortable beds. The only negative feedback was the 2nd floor room we were given I have to complain because of the barking dog outside i cant sleep and a banging noise of some type of construction going on...but when i requested aftr the 3rd time to be transfered to a higher floor I was tranafered then I was able to sleep without no outside noise.

Nice hotel for a few nights only.

Comfortable hotel with nice beds however found a bug on my bed. No tea bag available with in-room coffee/tea making facilities and was very difficult to get a tea bag from reception/kitchen considering we were not staying for our free breakfast. Overall comfortable stay for a few night only.

This hotel could be 4-5 stars if it sitting in the nice neighborhood. spacious room, friendly staff from guard to reception desk. I called and they always answered and provided. The only negative though is that I had to be moved to find a better wifi spot signal but they moved me right away. I will definitely comeback.

Reasonably priced. Lots of taxi and jeepney

Good experience. Hotel is located in the midst of a residential and small mom and pop storefronts. Lots of regular filipinos walking along the streets. Feels safe. Plentiful taxi and jeeney up and down the street so getting transport is easy. Low cost taxi to malls. Mcdonalds jollibee and other mom and pop eateries all around in walking distance. Hotel was good, clean, and excellent staff. Breakfast is catered. I'm a picky eater and only eat cereal and fruit for breakfast but provided breakfast didn't meet my needs but i saw other guest appeared satisfied. Bathroom was clean and warm water works good. This is not a high end hotel but a good value in my opinion. Definitely staying again if i go back to manila.

Very nice place for the price, no problem with hot water ever, good television, Minifridge, great location, great rate, very nice and friendly security guards, would definitely come back.

A nice hotel if not for the in-house theft

Stayed a few times in this hotel, it's reasonable for the price. However this time I encountered something unpleasant and need to bring it out. One of my compartments of my backpack was opened when I was out the whole day and a small pack of local coins was stolen. Other things were untouched including my laptop.I reported this matter to the reception the next morning because the management office will have somebody in by then. However I received no feedback at all even until the day I checked out. The hotel management really need to look into this. This is a nice hotel if not for the in-house petty theft for my this stay. So as a kind reminder to whoever wants to stay in this hotel, please lock up anything you don't want to get stolen.
