The place was beyond our expectations. Just perfect for our family of 10. We were all comfortable and felt like we were at home. Our host Kalvin was very accommodating. The rest of the staff were all so kind and approachable! We shared jokes and laughters with the staff and it was great!! I have shared with my siblings back home how the unit looks and all agreed that we are coming back here for the duration of our Manila stay!! Thank you Bayshore 👍👍

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
The local host, Kim, acted on our complaints right away. Smelly used towels, smelly bed linens, cockroach on bed, ants on dining table. He sent the cleaners right away to take care of the issues. The contact host, Kalvin, called several times before we arrived saying that they will lose money on my booking (which was not my fault since I paid the price listed). He even asked me to cancel my reservation with Expedia/Vrbo and book with him direct. That was really unprofessional and I told him the booking was non-refundable. The unit was listed for 4 rooms, but we only actually could use 3 because the maids room didn’t have any mattresses on the bunk beds. And that room was really smelly. They did provide full size mattresses that we could use on the floor, but no one really wanted to do that. Overall, it was a nice unit, comfortable and peaceful, except for the noise of the construction on other buildings. Love the free snacks they provided too.
