Informed of “issue” in original booked room close to check in time so we couldn’t stay in that room. Given another room but told to move back to original room after 2 of 4 nights. Very inconvenient! Was not informed of correct wifi details on 1st day and night so no internet then! No bath soap, just hand soap. The 2nd room we moved to had bugs. Towel had some stains. Roll away beds were disappointingly not made up to be slept in by 3rd & 4th paid persons. Not a beautiful room/experience. Building elevator was very slow to get to ground floor or to the upper floors but building location was great. Cafes, bakery, 7/11 close by. Walking distance to mall.
