Here are the highlights of our ruined vacation.
VRBO app has issues with Android phones and won't allow pictures, email, or phone numbers to be sent. The support staff was aware and suggested I get an iPhone or PC to message the owner. (Unbelievable)
Bed is like concrete. Litterally you can feel the springs pushing into your skin.
Dish soap was the only cleaner provided and a broom.
We had no mop to clean the floors and I refus me to buy one as I wasted so much money already.
Cooking utensils are poorest grade available. Knifes bend while cutting potatoes. No joke
One of the bathrooms stinks from a dead rat
1 small trash can in the entire unit. One that is commonly used for a bathroom.
Stains were on the sheets when we arrived.
No bath mats provided so water gets tracked throughout unit ( had to buy my own)
3 towels for 3 people for 10 days. No extras. If we wanted additional there was a charge. I Bought my own
Pans have loose handles (like alot)
No lightbulb on balcony
No dryer in unit. Only washer. Not allowed to hang clothes on balcony. Owner provides no way to hang clothes to dry. Complained and was provided a rack that keeps falling apart.
On of the aircon units was in alarm needing service
The elevator broke when we were here and we had to use the stairs for a day. 11 stories up.
The toilet seats are not attached to the toilets properly and slide and twist.
