We stayed in a club room which was fantastic. Jan deserves great credit here my wife had a rotten headache and he kindly went to a pharmacy for some medicine totally above and beyond wow. The staff here were amazing in the club lounge as was the staff in the pool area. Honestly couldn’t fault this hotel 5 stars in every way.

Pleasant stay at Dusit. Beautiful lobby with door person. Located right next to the large mall in Makati. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast buffet was nice with many different food options.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and quick to assist with any requests. Good: The room was clean and the customer service was spot on. Poor: There was no way yo reheat your food and no microwave. I stayed for 12 days and with that long of a stay you would think there would be a kitchenette or way to reheat food from the night out prior especially gor how much the rooms cost. For a hotel of this standing, this should be addressed. My overall rating is good but i will probably stay in another hotel when i return next time.

Courteous staff, everyone is accomodating and friendly. The pool and the gym with sauna was a treat. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. I have a neck issue though. Kindly consider a memory foam pillow for comfort. I did not request this because I slept like a baby every night still. The room is quiet and sound-proof , very conducive to a peaceful and restful stay.

What a lovely hotel. Everything about this hotel is beautiful. We stayed here for a week when we initially landed in Manila and decided to book here again for our last night before flying home. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Rooms are very clean. Walkable to a lot of shopping malls and the greenbelt. Gym and pool are both great.
