Dusit Thani was beautifully decorated inside and it does feel upscale. Staff were friendly and made sure they open and close doors for you and assisted with your luggages. Unfortunately my wife and I did not get to enjoy much of the amenities since we were out and about. The location can be heavy traffic depending on time of day especially in December. But other than that, I had a great stay!

Excellent service from airport pick-up, arrival to check out. Room was clean, air conditioning worked well, hot water. Breakfast buffet has something for anyone. The only complaint would be regarding the doors. Every morning when people left the neighboring rooms the doors would slam close with a big bang waking everyone up from the deepest sleep. If some kind of soft close could be attached or rubber damping would greatly help to improve the total experience.
