Great Location

Great location across from SM and Glorietta Mall. Breakfast buffet had lots of options - omelette, rice and meat, ramen bowl, bread, fruit, Filipino food, and fruit juice. However, there aren't many vegetable selections. Comfortable room with closet space. Clean bathroom. Workers are polite and friendly. Nice swimming pool. Just a warning to someone who may be sensitive to scents - the lobby and hallway are heavily scented.

The property is located in a great place...malls and restaurants are everywhere. Its quiet and i felt very safe walking around even in the middle of the night. Staff was very accomadting and smiles were everywhere. Hotel was clean and well staffed.

Our stay was excellent as usual. My mother with physical limitations was appropriately accommodated by the facility and the staffs were very helpful. We all enjoyed our stay. Not sure if I was upgraded or there was just no available room with 2p urn beds when I have checked in, and ended up having a king bed and they added a second bed which made the room too crowded and unsightly. Considering I have made my reservations too far out.

Terrible hotel. I’ve been traveling a lot- we booked the club room access: so special check in area but the lady who checked us in didn’t offer any upgrade or offer VIP benefit. She checked us out- charged extra even it was mentioned in club access rule. Staff members at the lounge were on phone and it was under construction and so loud. We will never stay at this place. There are more hotels in this area and I don’t recommend this hotel at all

Dusit Thani was a bucket list when I was penniless in the 90’s. I used to look up and promised myself I will be able to afford it one day. My kids and I (separate bookings) stayed there this year and two generations have agreed that it is one of the best hotels in Makati when you talk about safety; accessibility (to International airport; transportation; shopping; etc). staff service; and overall amenities. Thank you for staying at the top of your game all these years. If there is one that I could suggest; it is on the overall fragrance of the hotel. It is nice but it gets obnoxious especially to those who are sensitive to smells- it would be nice if we are able to control the smell in the room. Otherwise, I am looking forward to more stays each time I am in the city or visiting the islands again
