FHD 40" Led smart android tv with built-in applications i.e. Netflix, You tube , chromecast, and other various apps. Free Netflix. Self check-in & check-out is available with lockbox & code. Free use of gym. Water is free of charge and a Php4000 electricity subsidy (300 kwhr) per month the excess electricity consumption is on your account. Minimum stay is 30 days.
