Cozy studio condo unit with balcony for your exclusive use. Located on the 4th floor of a five storey residential condo building equiped with elevator and fire alarm system. From the balcony you can see the clubhouse and the pool area beside it. On your right while still in the unit’s balcony you can view the South Luzon Expresway, a premier highway of Manila to south, a gateway to Laguna, Batangas, Lucena provinces and the fastest way going to Batangas port.

Other things to note

Strictly NO COOKING and SMOKING inside the condo unit. Solano Hills Condominium community is very strict in implementing the Smoking policy. There are designated smoking areas outside the building just look for the appropriate signages.

Doing laundry is not allowed and hanging any kinds of clothes etc at the balcony is prohibited, guard are always inspecting the balcony and if found violative, a penalty charge should be paid at once.

For 28 days booking and more, electrical consumption exceeding 500.00 pesos and Water bill exceeding 100.00 are for the account of the guest and must be settled upon presentation of bill.

Self check in anytime from 3pm on wards.

Early check in before 3pm is possible should there be no guest checking out before 12noon or should the unit has been made up and is ready for your accommodation.

Please seek confirmation if checking-in before 3pm.
