The mall in front, Uptown Parade, has parking available for 150 PHP overnight, flat. The fees can change so be sure to check before you park at the facility. In any case, the area is convenient to book Grab's, hail taxi cabs or rent scooters (through "Moovr PH")

> Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, tablewares, thermos, pots/pans,, fridge/freezer, a rice cooker .
> There is a fully functioning wash and dryer for you to use.

2. Illegal activities are prohibited inside the unit (Gambling, Prostitution, Drug use)
3. Do take care of the condo's furnishings, otherwise, you may be charged.
4. Refrain from rearranging the furniture
5. No pets allowed
6. Avoid bringing up unregistered guests
7. No smoking
8. Do switch of the AC before you leave
9. Refrain from making any loud noises
10. Make sure to double check if the door is locked before leaving the building.
11. Please take care of any keys entrusted to you (if applicable)
