The room is excellent. But the noise, its irretating me... I requested to have a room that is quite but still they gave a room that i can hear the noise outside like horn of the cars.

Recommended for budget business traveller

I stayed their for over 2 weeks for business. It is a budget hotel but i would stay their again for next trip. Their staff is super friendly and it has no downside for business trip. The bed sheets are clean, rooms has everything you need for the business trip. No bugs or insects. It is close(10 min walk) to Araneta center where you can shop and dine. Only downside would be breakfast is not provided. Also, the Hotel area has heavy traffic with many jeepnees and bus stations. Hotel streets are not clean as Makait or BGC. But i felt safe to walk around.
