To say the least this hotel is without doubt the best of the best. There is not a single thing that is not extremely great about this hotel. I rate it 6 stars 1 level above every other hotel i have ever stayed at including a tough competior the Grand Hyatt. They are good the Grand Westdide is GREAT. I want to thank them for how comfortable, safe, welcomed they made me feel during my stay of 15 consecutive days this present month of March 2025. Staff there are a group of friendly caring exceptional people. Other hotels should sent their staff to this hotel in Manila for some on the job training on how to treat people as professional and curtious as the do. Again thank you for making me feel at home at a place and in a country far from home.

Hotel rooms are quite small. I booked two rooms and one was completely fine in terms of cleanliness and functionality but the second room had an issue with the AC and was giving warm air with a foul smell, after telling the front desk about it, they said they would look into it but the issue remained the same. Breakfast buffet was decent. Hotel staff is very friendly.
