The breakfast was well worth adding to the stay cost. The room was very nice, and the staff was OUTSTANDING, they went out of their way to ensure our stay was great. My wife and I plan on staying again soon, oh and the restaurant lameza was excellent.

Front desk and Concierge were very bad. When I checked in, I asked front desk agent if I needed to make reservation for airport shuttle the next morning. I was informed that I don’t need to. The next morning, I went to the concierge about an hour before scheduled shuttle departure. Concierge said shuttle was full because there were people who made reservation. This was not what the front desk agent said to me. Then I asked the concierge to book a taxi instead to take us to the airport. The concierge said that he cannot book a taxi. He clearly doesn’t understand what a concierge job is and need serious training. I was told to book a taxi with the security guard outside. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Breakfast was also of poor quality. They were all bland and tasteless. I don’t recommend this hotel and I will never come back.

Room was great! However, the airport shuttle service needs an overhaul. 1) As displayed, first service was 8:30 then next is 12 noon. 2) Cannot prebook because it is a first come, first served basis. Arrived around 7 AM with no line up. Only to be told that the 8:30 is full. So, how can someone reserve on a first come, first served basis?

Concierge staff not helpful. Upon check in, our room key was not working. Another house guest helped us using the key in the lift but still did not work. It took 3trios to the concierge to get a working room key. This was the first day of check in. The 2nd day, it took 2trips to the concierge to get our room key working. It was so frustrating. Will not be a guest in that hotel ever again.

The hotel itself is very nice, with clean rooms and great facilities. Overall, the property is well maintained and comfortable, which made our stay pleasant in many ways. Unfortunately, our experience with the concierge significantly affected our impression. The concierge named Iya was unhelpful and came across as arrogant. When we asked for assistance booking a Grab car due to having a lot of luggage, she refused to help. I also noticed her signal to the staff next to her not to assist us with booking a Grab and instead directed us to have a guard help us get a taxi. Later, other staff informed us that taxis rarely pass by the area and that Grab cars that do come are usually already booked, which made the situation even more frustrating. This lack of support and inconsistent information was disappointing, especially from someone in a guest-facing role. That said, I want to commend the staff stationed at the door, who was extremely helpful and professional. Their kindness and willingness to assist made a big difference and helped us when we needed it most. The hotel has excellent potential, but I hope management addresses this concierge experience, as it does not reflect the quality of the rest of the staff or the property.
