Easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It is located in a very safe place and connected to a mall and other high end hotel chains. All staff were welcoming and helpful from valet, security, reception and restaurant. Our room was very clean (apart from a used colgate mouthwash that was in the amenities drawer). The speaker/sound system was lacking bass. I don't think the subwoofer was working properly. Pool area and sauna was amazing as well as the staff managing the spa and gym area.

The smell was like cherry blossoms, architectural with champagne, gold & ebony design, room was invitingly pleasant & rooftop pool / bar has the best view of Manila. They do not have a spa at the hotel the AC in our room did not work, sweated all night, long even after calling maintenance. The room we booked did not have a window outside, dark all the time and very musty. Hot water to five minutes to get to the room. Did not enjoy this experience.
