Welcome to our place, Justcondos at Sea Residences. Considered by many as the best condo unit at  Sea Residences for cleanliness, completeness and superb service.

A self-contained 1 walk through bedroom studio condominium unit right in the heart of Sm Mall of Asia Complex. Situated on the 3rd floor of Sea Residences, a modern tropical-inspired mid-rise condominium.

Short walking distance to shopping mall, entertainment and restaurants. Approximately 10 minutes from the airport.

Justcondos at Sea Residences has an area of 24 square meter and comfortably sleeps two (max. 3) who would like to unwind after enjoying the day Manila has to offer. It has a well-equipped kitchen. Linen and towels are provided. Modern style bathroom with hot shower. The unit has an air-conditioning system, electronic safe  and remote controlled ceiling fan. Cable Tv, Dvd player and is internet ready.

There are five (5) swimming pools and outdoor living areas available for registered guests to use.

With security in mind, only residents and guests are permitted to enter Sea Residences buildings and has 24/7 security. Guests are pre-registered ahead on confirmed booking.

Welcome basket provided with coffee, tea, bottled water and biscuits on arrival.
