Always my favourite property

Have always loved Lanson. Stayed long term on their other properties around the world and stayed at the service apartments the last round in MoA. Always great balance between comfort, quality and value. This time round at the hotel, facilities was good but no where close to the apartments. Had a toilet with disability support but means I don't even have any space to place my toiletries. Otherwise all is good. One really bad experience this time was that they were so busy no one answered the house phone all the time. it will ring non stop to both operator and bell hop and reception and no one would pick up. I had to leave the bags in the room to go check out as I couldn't get help with luggages as a result. Might be due to manpower shortage, but really need to avoid this in the future.

The hotel was very nice the staff are very accommodating specially Jasmine thank you so much, The only thing that I don't like when it comes to breakfast, for me I think they need to separate the line for walk in costumers and they need to prioritize the people who checked in to their hotel, and I already said that to jasmine because what happened is the walk in customers were accommodated first before us, I hope when I come back this minor concerns have already been fixed, but overall this hotel is superb and very well recommended

We like how the staff are very friendly and hospitable. So many attractions around the area which was good. But in my opinion, they need more improvement on cleanliness of the property, rooms and washroom.

It’s a great hotel, great location , nice and comfortable beds, pillows are nice and soft. Everything was very good except for the water in the shower . The hot and cold water were alternating every 2-3 seconds while having showers, and that’s during our 4 nights stay.
