My only concern was the location of the property, we didn’t realize the area was so busy and we had to be careful especially at night. Robinsons mall is only two blocks away which made it very convenient.

Book at Agoda. What you pay is what you get Cleanliness is just OK no big deal. Quite old specially the aircon....bit noisy. Walking distance to Robinsons shopping centre. Would i comeback?..for the price yes

Disappointed

When arriving at this hotel we thought wow because the lobby was so impressive, however when we got to our room we were terribly disappointed. It was nothing like the images on the website, it was old, very small and not that clean. The other issue was we requested and were declined extra bottles of water. We were informed that 2 bottles of water only were allowed each day. Reception staff and security staff were lovely and very helpful, breakfast was very good, however the actual hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. If you are planning a long stay in Manila I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The overall experienced was good, the only problem is the housekeeping will not leave a toiletries unless you will ask for it, and the shower has a little problem but its fine can work on it

Basic and dirty, needs a full revamp, pics are old

Absolute dive, just a complete and utter junk yard of a hotel, there is nothing good at all, other than the staff, i have no complaints about the staff, we stayed here for 4 nights, room 401, check in was ok, we had a big room, clean enough, so we thought, one pillow per person, two more in the wardrobe, neither had a pillow case, both were burnt and had holes from what looked like cigarettes, so i wrapped them in the towels, both towels were badly stained and looked as though they had been used! Now the bed, one sheet to cover the mattress and mattress protector, no other sheet, just a brown thin blanket that had also looked as if it had been used, stained and smelt like old feet, window in the corner looked out over all if the aircon units, all blaring away! The noise from other guests slamming doors and talking loudly can be heard from as early as 5am, ants in the shower cubicle, pink grout used to cover old mouldy black grout on shower tiles, no bags in the bins, room was not cleaned the time we was there, only saving grace was the TV worked fine and the aircon was also fine, but leaked a brown substance down the walls. Breakfast was very limited and had little or no choice, so toast and omelette every morning! Its a basic hotel that needs a full refurb, pictures shown are WAY outdated so therefore mis sold. Steer clear folks, ive seen cleaner one star hotels.. UK based travellers. Not fussy people, but be realistic...
