• Digital door lock code will expire at 12:00 PM on checkout day.
• Present a valid ID and a Guest Authorization Form at the lobby upon arrival.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep the unit clean and treat it like your own home.
• Pool fee applies — USD 3 or PHP 150 on regular days, and USD 6.50 or PHP 350 during holidays
