Expedia – Huge Disappointment, but Rose Saved the Day
First of all, Expedia — massive disappointment on your side. My booking was accepted, everything seemed ready, and then upon arrival I was informed that the property I had booked had been cancelled — and the worst part, I was only notified when I got there. Completely unprofessional.
Thankfully, Rose — the manager of some of the properties at Poblacion Suites Polaris — stepped in and saved the situation. After nearly 25 hours of travel and unnecessary stress, she managed to arrange rooms for me and my companion.
About the property:
It offers most of the essentials — cups, cutlery, towels, even toilet paper — so it’s quite convenient. But as I mentioned before, the real difference is Rose. She’s a very calm woman with a deep understanding of customers’ needs, and nothing was ever a problem for her. Whenever I had questions about food, entertainment, or travel time to the airport, she either answered right away or checked to make sure she gave the correct information.
In summary:
Expedia completely ruined the start of my holiday, but Rose managed to fix everything. I will definitely come back to Rose’s accommodation — but I will never use Expedia again.
