got in very late, first they couldn't find reservation, then I got to the room and found no towels and no hot water , kettle, which the rooms have always had before. I've always had a good experience here in the past, so I'll consider this an exception to the rule.

this is incredible value for the price -- a one-bedroom suite with kitchenette for $40 a night, including breakfast, in a great location. Walking distance to many embassies, good restaurants nearby.
