Airport shuttle was timely as I left at 3:30am! Noisy room location facing busy road and strangely coffee and kettle in the room but no cups. Would I stay there again? Yes!

Staff warm & friendly. Very nice lobby. Clean rooms. Hotel close to busy street. Parking in back Stayed overnite & they had towel shortage. Bathroom nice. Has glass divider. Flooring looks like marble, can slip when wet.need Grab bar. Safety issue mentioned to Front desk No grab bar

No towels upon arrival. Asked for the room to be made up, but nobody came. Only positive about this hotel are, it's close to NAIA and the room is big. Overall experience was okay. Choose a different hotel if you're picky.

Staff are great. Truly helpful folks. Airport shuttle was wonderful. It seems like the drains weren't plumbed right, so you get some back venting into the bathroom, which was this musky awfulness, especially when the bathroom fan was left on.
