The procedures and policies are over strict. Checkin was confusing as Concierge and security did not know procedure for 3rd party bookings. As a senior I was frequently harassed for sitting on a PWD seat. My pinoy family members were treated as visitors not staying guests. They were forced to surrendered their ID, then questioned anytime near entrance. A porter refused to assist us with our luggage. We were not made welcome and will not ever book there again.
