The bed wasn’t comfy. It was too hard our backs hurt. They need a hand towel for bathroom and also, a floor mat. I booked for 3 but only had 2 towels. Staued for 4 nights. The bathroom is ok not so clean. Probably only the best part is the location. Near Moa and restaurants. You have to pay 150 For the pool per day but it was okay cause it was clean. Guards and other personnel were helpful and friendly.

What I liked about this property was the responsiveness of the management team. I have stayed at several condos near the Mall of Asia and this has been the best stay over the past 5 years. I highly recommend The Concierge at Sea Residences for travelers staying near the mall for more than 5 days. The property is clean and the management team is GREAT!

There were no towels when we arrived and I was told there will be 3 towels to be provided but we only received two. I am happy though that we checked in fifteen minutes before three

I was disappointed because the unit had NO toilet paper and bath towels. Called the housekeeping number that was there but no answer. So I had to go to the from desk and ask for toilet paper and bath towels.

The property's location is very strategic and accessible even with public transportation. However, the unit where I stayed in tower C is not that nice. There is a cockroach on kitchen sink. Bath room floor rug looks really old, flush of toilet bowl not properly working and even the TV unit seems to have a problem. Hope this will be addressed for future unit occupants/ guests. Thank you

The shower was broken, height can't be adjusted. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working. There was no kettle for hot water morning coffee amd the stove wasn't working either.

It was our 1st time to book in Sea residence. Over all experience wasnt so nice. Not Satisfied at all. A lot of crawling small cockroaches in the room we occupied. The wifi connection was terrible that I have to use my data instead. We weren't informed ahead that there's a fee to use the pool. a 150php per use? I should have booked in a 3 star hotel for that matter and can use the pool for free. The guy who assisted us and sent us to our room was courteous though, the reception was friendly too. But over all, This will be my 1st and last stay with this condotel type of accomodation.
