Check in went smooth. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Room was average at best. Clean, but some little friends came out crawling from the drainage in the bathroom. The gym is well equipped to get a decent workout. Friendly house keeper.

I moved from a deluxe twin room to a suite cause some family members visited and stayed with us. All the staff were very personable attending to you and helping us out. From the front desk: Tin, Christine, Cherry, Sarah, Zy, Cedrick, Aaron, housekeeper Eric on the 9th floor they are all outstanding! They greet you every time they see you and always ready to assist you with your needs/concerns. Definitely wouls stay there next time when in the area.

First of all, let me say that their staff is amaIng. Unfortunately, the accomodation is not so great. The hall had a strong smell, similar to an insecticide and we found cackroaches in our room. This made our stay very uncomfortable.

There was no tea in the room and when I requested for 1 they said they dont give out tea, even when there was a sign saying free complimentary coffee and tea. Its was noisy and dusty due to maintenance works and the jacuzzi wasnt working, in which staff said it hasnt been working for almost 1 year. The corridors also smelled damp.

Housekeeping staffs are courteous and do a good job maintaining clean room. Receptionists are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable on things when you ask something Security Guards- Helpful, Courteous and Friendly. Hotel is very clean. My negative comments: air conditioning a little noisy; TV minimal tv shows in English; found cockroaches in my room but hotel sent pesticide asap. No face towels and hand towels provided.

Good price/value: Even though not located in a tipical Hotel area of Manila, the stay was pleasant and the price was fair. The rooms are definitely dated and could also be cleaned slightly better; however, the stay overall was ok.

Microwave was in the photo of my premium room and it was not provided in my room, only for premier rooms Took staff 50 mins to fulfill my request of heating my meal with their staff microwave Fridge was set to 7 temp, it froze my items, nearly exploded my 2 reusable bottles The door to my unit was possibly tampered with as on my 2nd day I nor the front desk staff could open it without a specialist coming to replace the door The tv remote buttons are not accurate and confusing Stay away from here

Not recommended anymore. Sky box wasn't working No soap when I arrived yet room was supposed to have been cleaned and was a late arrival so plenty of time. No complimentary coffee or tea but they had a sign say otherwise. Bathroom light switch dirty, not ever cleaned. Toilet roll holder dirty Made up room and took away 2nd towel and still didn't provide coffee or tea. Shower was difficult to adjust, from burning hot to cool. Never got that right

Really!!!

So many cockroaches. We killed at least 20/30 of them. This is first time experience for us for the past 8/9 years with Hotel.com. It’s not like reg hotels. No bell boy available before 6 am.

Worst accommodation/Clean conditions are cockroaches roaming around, the bed is partially springy and one side is off, so I gave them a room. When I asked them to change it, they replaced the bed mat with something smaller than the original size after 2 hours. The trip was a mess because there was no room cleaning at all after 2 days

First off, i wouldnlike to state my review has absolutely nothing to do with the staff as they did their best tobtry and resolve a bad situation. Amenities are good. Staff is great. Elevators are horrible. They can take up to 25 minutes to arrive as there are only 3 elevators for the whole tower and one of them was not servicing the hotel. Lastly, the sheer number of cockroaches is overwhelming. Staff is aware as they state that even though they do regular pest control, they cannot control whst the people in the apartments do. Even though i had my room sprayed twice, the cockroaches persisted. In the bathroom, on the desk, on the nightstands... EVERYWHERE!
