Magnificent apartment located 2 km from the port and beach, in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods of Manilva, Duquesa de la Villa. It features 5 swimming pools, a paddle court and beautiful gardens.



The apartment offers a beautiful view of two swimming pools and gardens as well as the countryside and the Andalusian coastline. It is air-conditioned and has been completely painted and decorated. The floors and bathrooms are made of local marble.



It has a large living room extended by a vast terrace with a dining area and a comfortable lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and laundry room with washing machine and iron.
