We had a great stay in Duquesa and location of apartments was fabulous. Only draw back was the pool never opened until 11.30!

Ideally located on the beach Clearer direction to car park space and also not having to drop and collect keys to apartment from ur office. Should be a location at the apartments entrance for those who have no car.

The aparrtment was clean, well equipped and in a perfect location for getting to the beach and marina on foot. Duquesa Estates were friendly and efficient and dealt with our tiny problem (failing entry fobs) immediately. We were not informed in advance that the pools would be out of action. We were also disappointed that although the photos seem to show sun on the balcony what you see is the full extent that it reaches to. Maybe it improves later in the year.

El apartamento está bastante bien conservado. El mobiliario está muy bien. Las vistas inmejorables Los colchones habría que cambiarlos porque ya están pasados. Faltas utensilios de cocina, por ejemplo un exprimidor y cubiertos de carne. La mesa de la terraza no se ha barnizado desde hace tiempo, la nevera tiene botellero roto, las bandejas del lavavajillas están oxidadas

Firstly the parking spot was very hard to find. It was on a lower level which was not communicated. We had to drive in next to block 5. The parking spot would be much easier to get to going through the large iron gate around the corner and then into the garage that went directly into the lower section. We ended up parking outside. The apartment had sun on the terrace from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. so that was great, it was a covered balcony so sun and shade could be found. Great sofa and great beds. Not so great was when it rained at night, it was like jungle drums (and extremely loud) being set off in the bedroom, due to an enclosed balcony section made of glass and metal. Impossible to sleep in there so we had to move into the living room to sleep. Walls are a bit thin when there are noisy neighbours next door, and above, we could hear everything they said. But this is typical of Spanish properties. Kitchen - a strange filter coffee machine that took 30 minutes to make a pot of coffee and then it automatically turned off after about 10 minutes, so a thermo coffee jug would have been useful. Also a teapot, ovengloves, ovenfast dish, whisk, sliders under the dining room chairs, as moving these were very noisy and placemats/coasters (to protect the lovely dining table/coffee table) would be gratefully appreciated. The TV was Spanish programmes so I suggest take a chromecast with you and stream from your phone/tablet which is what we did

Great location. Beautiful view. Entertainment in the apartment: xBox, TV, books, games etc. Washing machine handle broke after first wash, looks to happen a lot. A more permanent fix recommended.

Estupendo lugar, volvería a repetir.

El apartamento es muy amplio y estaba limpio. Con buenas vistas hacia las piscinas y el mar. Muy bien ubicado, se puede ir andando a restaurantes, chiringuitos, playa, a Sabinillas, etc. Agradables y trabquilos paseos y tranquilos por la noche. Volvería a repetir Como mejora, habría que cambiar algunos electrodomésticos del alojamiento (lavadora y nevera). Las rampas interiores de entrada y salida del parking son un poco estrechas y eso que no llevábamos un vehículo ancho.
